Consent Blueprint Bulk Order form
Here is where you can bulk order blueprint copies. Here’s how it works
First, fill out the form below. This will generate a single code that you can distribute to clients and students. The code:
Does not time out (you can buy a code in January and it will still work in 2 years).
Expires after a student redeems it
Works for the number of copies you purchase. If you purchase 50 copies, the code will work 50 times. After that, you will need to purchase another code
After you fill out the form to generate your code, process your payment. Ensure you pay for the same number of copies you requested.
Once that form is submitted, you will receive an email with your unique code! Since this is a manual process, please allow up to two business days to receive your code.
